Eloïsa Matheu, accompagnée de Francesc Llimona, est allée enregistrer en Afrique de l’Est les ambiances sonores de la fin de la saison sèche, au début de la migration des Gnous vers le Sud. Ils ont enregistré successivement dans les grands Parcs Nationaux suivants : Maasaï Mara, Amboseli et Lac Nakuru au Kenya, Serengeti, Ngorongoro et Manyara en Tanzanie. Les concerts successivement enregistrés veulent surtout refléter l’ambiance générale de ces paysages extraordinaires. Les milieux s’interpénètrent, les oiseaux sont partout, et les sons se mêlent pour composer de réelles symphonies naturelles. Patrick Frémeaux
Eloïsa Matheu and Francesc Llimona left for East Africa at the end of the dry season, when the Blue Wildbeest begin their migration south. They recorded in the big National Parks : Maasai Mara, Amboseli and Kakuru Lake in Kenya, then Serengeti, Ngorongoro and Manyara in Tanzania. The concerts which are successively recorded, aim at recreating the general atmosphere of these landscapes. Different biotopes fuse into one another. Birds are everywhere and sounds interweave.
